BIG CONE Ice Cream Products can be produced either on filling station mounted on platform of extrusion line (ARCTIC M, ARCTIC CX or ARCTIC DX), lamella filling machine (LF Series) or any combination thereof.

BIG CONE filled ice-cream shape is made by filling the ice-cream through time elapse filling valves (mounted on platform and fully synchronised to the movements of conveyor trays or installed on lamella filling machine) into pre inserted cones (manually or automatically). Chocolate impregnation, rotation, top decoration, dry ingredients and nearly any shape and flavour combinations are possible. The products on the trays are transported into the hardening tunnel, deeply frozen, picked-up, dipped in to the chocolate (if required) and wrapped to get complete product intended for the market.

In our portfolio is possible to find a large range of filling types with various shapes. From classic to special rotary shapes consisting of two or more colours.
