CANDY BAR / BONBON Ice Cream Products can be produced either on horizontal extrusion station mounted on platform of extrusion line (ARCTIC M, ARCTIC CX or ARCTIC DX) or on external worktable (W1 or W2 MACHINE).

CANDY BAR / BONBON ice-cream shape is made by extrusion of ice-cream through appropriate nozzles. Products are cut with heated wire or blade and slices are accurately positioned on conveyor trays. Caramel dosing, top decoration, dry ingredients and nearly any shape and flavour combinations are possible. The products on the trays are transported into the hardening tunnel, deeply frozen, picked-up, enrobed with the chocolate (if required) and wrapped to get complete product intended for the market.

In our portfolio is possible to find a large range of extrusion nozzles with various shapes. From classic to special shapes consisting of two or more colours.
