MOLDED Ice Cream Products can be produced on rotary molded machine (SM Series). MOLDED filled ice-cream shape is made by filling the ice-cream through time elapse filling valves or by pouring the ice-water into the molded forms. A stick is inserted into the ice-cream during frozen process. Molded forms are deeply frozen by cold brine to be able to picked-up the product, dipped into the chocolate and dry ingredients (if required) and wrapped to get complete product intended for the market. In our portfolio is possible to find a large range of filling types, various shapes. From classic to special double wall shapes consisting of two or more colours.
